The entrance level of the home features a 2-car garage with storage area and ice maker as well as a TV room, game area, bar and a half bathroom. The area opens to 2 different patio seating areas in the front of the home overlooking the pool.
The second floor features a delightful, open kitchen with high-end appliances and ovens ideal for cooking and entertaining. The kitchen opens to a den with a Samsung Frame TV with surround sound as well as both an indoor dining area as well as an outdoor dining area. The second floor also includes a full laundry room and half bath as well as 2 bedrooms with king beds with full bath plus bathtub in the master and closet space and flat screen TVs.
