The entrance level of the home features a 2-car garage with storage area and ice maker as well as a TV room, game area, bar and a half bathroom. The area opens to 2 different patio seating areas in the front of the home overlooking the pool.
The second floor features a beautiful, open kitchen with high-end appliances and ovens ideal for cooking and entertaining. The kitchen opens to a den with a Samsung Frame TV with surround sound as well as both an indoor dining area as well as an outdoor dining area. The second floor also includes a full laundry room and half bath as well as 2 bedrooms with king beds with full bath plus bathtub in the master and closet space and flat screen TVs.
The third floor features a huge media room with enormous flat screen TV and surround sound that opens to a sizable outdoor porch and seating area with vistas of the beach. The third-floor features two main bedrooms, each with king beds, full bathrooms, flat screen TVs and closet plus 2 bunk rooms with full baths. The first bunk room comfortably sleeps 8 people, and the second bunk room comfortably sleep 6 people. Each of the bunk rooms has full baths, closet as well as flat screen TVs.
