44 Bradley Beach is a 6 Bedroom, 4.5 Bathroom family vacation home that sleeps 13 and has a huge 16' x 32' pool, and features an outdoor fire pit ideal for a nighttime hosting around the pool or a cool day in the fall! There is plenty of seating and the home is conveniently located at the very end of Bradley Road with a fenced in patio giving added privacy. This property is also located next to Driessen Beach Town Park with playground equipment for the kids, comfort stations and is just a four-min. walk to the beach on an elevated boardwalk what is there not to adore! We also manage 40 Bradley Beach Road, 41 Bradley Beach Road, and 42 Bradley Beach Road. Ideal for enormous groups traveling together!

CANCELLATION POLICY: The cancellation policy on your signed rental agreement supersedes all other cancellation information. Contact Vacation Homes of Hilton Head with any questions. If you are booking on a third-event site such as Vacation Rental By Owner or Airbnb, you are subject to Vacation Homes of Hilton Head's cancellation policy. Guests without travel insurance will not receive a refund or reimbursement for weather, hurricanes, mandatory and/ or voluntary evacuations, pandemics, etc. Travel Insurance is an additional % of the total and must be paid in full at the time of booking.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE: To secure a reservation, we require a 50% deposit upfront and the balance payment due thirty days prior to arrival via Visa, Master, Discover, American Card. ID Verification is required.
