COMPLIMENTARY activities supplied with our signature Southern Hospitality Pass! Your pass includes one complimentary round of golf daily at partner courses like the Heritage Collection and the Brown Group. Note: This is per day, not per person. You also receive one complimentary round of miniature golf each day at Adventure Cove and one complimentary bicycle from Island Cruisers to start your stay. A $25 delivery fee applies for one bicycle; additional bicycles are delivered complimentary and available at a discount.

Pool: 23' by 9', The pool can be heated up to 88 degrees for an additional $500/week, however it is not available from Memorial Day- Labor Day. Pool/spa heat can be added during check-out when booking online or over the phone with a Guest Ambassador. Last min. requests are not guaranteed and subject to a fee. We cannot guarantee pool heat maintains when the air temperature is below 60℉. This fee is not included in Vacation Rental By Owner total and will be added once your reservation has been made.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE: To secure a reservation, we require a 50% deposit upfront and the balance payment due thirty days prior to arrival via Visa, Master, Discover, American Card. ID Verification is required.

Located on the beach, this vacation home is in Mid Island, a neighborhood in Hilton Head Island. Adventure Cove and The Golf Courses of Palmetto Dunes are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Pirate's Island Adventure Golf and Legendary Golf. Tips to get the best Hilton Head rental experience:

Get the best rental value:

  • Reserve your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules usually become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal SC. Reserving a rental home in Fall or Spring is our best tip for saving money on your vacation rental. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of suitable properties.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host if your group qualifies for a reduced rate.
  • Property management companies typically offer their guests an option to purchase vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for more information.

  • Are you traveling with furry, four-legged family members? Many vacation homes allow animals, but guidelines and restrictions apply. Type of pet, size and breeds may be limited. Make sure to ask before booking, and study your agreement thoroughly! Additional fees or applied to your invoice.

  • Suitable accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for persons with disabilities. Remember to confirm all required amenities are available before booking
