The main level of this home centers around the outdoor area. All rooms lead to the ocean. The living room, dining room, kitchen and huge screen porch are all open to each other. Giant scale glass doors lead you directly outside from every room. The screen porch with TV, overlooks the pool, and grille area just outside. Two bunk beds one with a twin on top and bottom, the second with double on bottom twin on top, a tv area, and a private bath with a shower tub combo. The other mid-level room is a cozy media room. This room features a humongous sectional couch you’ll just melt into, and a sizable flat screen TV, for those calming nights in!
The second level of the home has the remaining three bedrooms. The first bedroom features a queen size bed, TV, desk, and a private bathroom with walk in shower. The second bedroom has a king bed, TV, a coffee bar, and private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom is the second master bedroom. Tips to get the perfect Hilton Head rental experience:
How to get the best value:
- In the Hilton Head area, The sooner your group can book a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The most desirable properties are booked very early. Reserving your rental six - twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and book your vacation home.
- Booking your Hilton Head vacation home in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons is our favorite way to save money on your rental home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of acceptable properties. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer.
- Some property managers offer discounts for active duty military and veterans. Remember to ask your host or property manager if special offers are available for your group before you book.
- Booking websites typically offer guests an option to add trip insurance. Trip insurance, which usually will cost you anywhere between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for program terms and fees.
- Many property management companies supply Hilton Head area travel guides that include special deals, either offered directly by local companies, or through a partnership between the property management company and the business itself. You can also find Hilton Head visitors guide and coupon books at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers.
Filter your search:
- Begin by choosing your potential vacation weeks and a spending budget.
- Determine how many beds and the bed configuration your group needs. Luxurious Oceanfront Multi-level - 5 Bed\/5.5 Bath Home in Sea Pines with pool has 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our Hilton Head vacation rental search.
- Precise information regarding bedrooms and bed counts & types is commonly available on booking pages. If they are not listed, email the host before reserving your rental. Remember that most listings specify the maximum guest capacity, which frequently includes sofa beds and bunks. You'll need to determine which bed configuration is suitable for your family.
- If your group is vacationing with pets, you'll need to book a pet-friendly rental. Make sure to ask for specifics on breed, size, and type restrictions. Usually, hosts charge pet deposits and fees.
- Visiting for a single event or attraction? Try a map search to locate nearby rentals.
- Suitable accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for the less-mobile. Make certain to inquire about wheel chair accessibility, pool lifts and specialized equipment needs.
More considerations for your visit:
- Take a copy of the property manager's phone number and entry/exit procedures for your rental home. Put the manager's information in your smartphone and wallet.
- Property managers are there to help! Feel free to ask questions during your stay.
- Ensure you protect the rental owner (and your things!) by locking and securing the home when you are out, just like you would at home.
- Record any damages to the property at check in, and immediately e-mail them to the owner. We especially recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain time stamps that are valuable if damages are attributed to your stay.
- Respecting quiet hours and parking restrictions can make a stay significantly more pleasurable. You will enhance your chance to make some new local friends, and resident neighbors can be an incredible resource to find the best local beaches and hangouts.
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Locals can usually help. Who better to ask where to find the best bike paths, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fishing?
- Re-check every room of the property to make sure that you've packed all of your family's items at departure. Check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Walk through the property a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the manager isn't available, remember to take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
- Did your group have a fantastic time? Many rental management companies make it easy for travelers to provide comments. If your rental and/or host was terrific, they would love to hear it. If anything was out of order and they failed to address it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your feedback.
