DOG FRIENDLY: Pet costs are not supplied in your Vacation Rental By Owner total and will be added by Vacation Homes of Hilton Head after your online reservation has been made. Our company has a two (2) dog max. and a weight restriction of 50 pounds max.. No cats or other animals allowed. Inquire with our reservations staff about a 3rd pet for an additional fee.

Pool: 20' by 9', The pool can be heated up to 88 degrees for an additional $500/week, however it is not available from Memorial Day- Labor Day. Pool heat can be added during check-out when booking online or over the phone with a Guest Ambassador. Last min. requests are not guaranteed and subject to a fee. We cannot guarantee pool heat maintains when the air temperature is below 60℉. This fee is not supplied in Vacation Rental By Owner total and will be added once your reservation has been made.

PROVIDED WITH RESERVATION:

PAYMENT SCHEDULE: To secure a reservation, we require a 50% deposit upfront and the balance payment due thirty days prior to arrival via Visa, Master, Discover, American Card. ID Verification is required.

Located on the beach, this vacation home is in Mid Island, a neighborhood in Hilton Head Island.   • Summer is high season in the Hilton Head area. To find the best value, shift your vacation to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and October offer warm weather, fewer crowds, and greatly reduced traffic.
  • Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacations during Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
