This gorgeous townhouse in The Greens has been completely modernized in a comfortable coastal style! Located in Shipyard, with it's tall pines, rustic oaks, and tropical palms, come savor a calming stay on Hilton Head. There are plenty of activities to choose from for the whole family!

Upon arrival to this cozy property you will be greeted by a modest courtyard, the ideal spot for a fast rinse after the beach or to park your bicycles. The front door opens to an open concept living space that flows from the front door to the back porch. The kitchen has plenty of space for additional hands, refreshed fixtures, appliances and bar seating, the ideal place to entertain. The dining space seats 6+ and is open to the comfortable living space with a couch and appreciate seat, cozy recliner, sizable flat screen tv, and painless access to the back porch. The back porch is an ideal location for the end of the day relax overlooking the golf course or grilling up some dinner on the propane grille.

The bedrooms are all located on the second floor. The enormous master features a king bed, reading chair, tv, walk-in closet, and a private bath with a huge walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two queen beds, a tv, and an armoire for storage. This room has access to the updated bath with a shower/tub combo in the hall. Directly across the bathrooms upstairs is a laundry closet with a full sized washer and dryer.

This unit is only a 10 min. walk or less than a 5 min. bicycle ride to the beach. It's also conveniently located near The Greens community pool and across from the Van der Meer tennis courts. Shipyard amenities include championship golf and tennis as well as a premier spa and wellness facilities. Paths winding around the plantation provide trails for bikers and joggers of all ages. Lagoons, wildlife, and island foliage are just a few of the handsome backgrounds for beautiful settings. Guests can appreciate all the amenities available over the changing seasons.

Parking is available at the Shipyard Beach Club and along Barcelona Road.
You may use the Shipyard Beach Shuttle daily from Memorial Day – Labor Day, 9am-5pm, weather permitting from Barcelona Road to the Beach Club for complimentary rides.

About the Area

Located in Hilton Head Island, this villa is near the beach. Arts Center of Coastal Carolina and Coligny Theater are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Van Der Meer Tennis Academy and Shipyard Golf Course. The Sandbox and Pirate's Island Adventure Golf are also worth visiting. Spend some time exploring the area's activities, including golfing.
