Mornings can be appreciated in the sunny breakfast nook, while the dining table comfortably seats six for shared meals.

The roomy living room offers ample seating, a queen-size couch sleeper, and a 65” OLED intelligent TV. Sliding doors lead to a private, furnished patio that overlooks the lush golf course, ideal for unwinding at the end of the day.

The primary suite features a king bed, HDTV, and a elegantly updated en-suite bathroom with a bespoke-tiled tub and shower. The second bedroom includes both a queen and a twin bed, its own updated en-suite bathroom, and a TV, making it ideal for families or friends traveling together.

Outside, guests can savor two private outdoor spaces: a front patio with comfortable rocking chairs for morning coffee or evening relaxation, and a dedicated grille area with a brand-new gas grille, bistro seating, and all the tools needed for a ideal cookout.

Just a short walk away are the Inverness community pool and private tennis courts. Despite its peaceful and tucked-away location, the villa is close to all that Palmetto Dunes has to offer, including world-class golf, tennis, pickleball, fishing, shopping, dining, and, of course, the beach.

Getting around is painless with multiple options: the beach is just a 5-min. bicycle ride away, a fast drive with designated parking, or accessible via the seasonal Palmetto Dunes Buggy, a complimentary on-demand shuttle that also services Shelter Cove for shopping, groceries, eateries, and entertainment.
