This villa is on the ground floor and single level. The primary bedroom two queen beds with an HDTV. There is an en suite bathroom with a walk in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and has it's own en suite bathroom with tub/shower combination. The Kitchen is completely equipped with serving window to dining area and opens to living area. Dining table with seating for six opens to the living area. Living room has a sleeper couch and leather couch, TV/DVD/VCR player and slider opens to huge deck with table and seating for four.
This vacation rental is pet-friendly between October 1 through March 31 for an additional charge. No family pets are allowed between April 1 through September 30. Our pet policy only accepts one dog per rental unit with a max. weight of 40 pounds. Other restrictions may apply.

This project, undertaken by Hilton Head Island/Beaufort County, is vital for protecting the shoreline, maintaining a wide and pretty beach for everybody to savor, and ensuring the long-term health of the coastal ecosystem.

Mid Island, a neighborhood in Hilton Head Island, is home to this villa. Fort Howell and Harbour Town Lighthouse are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at The Golf Courses of Palmetto Dunes and Robert Trent Jones Golf Course. Pirate's Island Adventure Golf and Legendary Golf are also worth visiting. Surfing/body boarding, fishing, and swimming offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling nearby.
