Inside, the downstairs living area features a sunny breakfast nook with a glass table and two chairs, the ideal place to savor your morning coffee. The entirely-equipped kitchen includes plenty of modest and major appliances and counter space to make tonight's meal a joy to prepare. Off the kitchen, you'll find the formal dining room with seating for four. The comfortable living room offers plenty of cozy seating, a high-definition flatscreen TV, Bose acoustics, and a DVD player, and you'll have central AC and fans throughout. The kitchen ​opens to a front patio. The furnished back deck looks out on the Shipyard Golf Course, ideal for al-fresco meals, a hand of cards, or a leisurely read under the ocean breeze and the sound of the waves.

When it's time to wrap it up for the nighttime, you'll have two well-appointed upstairs bedrooms to appreciate, both with flatscreen TVs and the main with an en-suite bath. There is a shared bath next to the guest bedroom, which is ideal for kids, young adults, and grandparents alike. Splash around at Shipyard Beach, just a half a mile away, come home to use the private washer/dryer to knock out everybody's laundry, then grille up some food with the private gas grille.
