Unwind in this tree lined getaway with private pool and fenced backyard. Follow Egret Street for a short 5-min. walk to the beach access. Located in North Forest Beach, this home is 1 block from Coligny Plaza with stores, dining and entertainment. This is a 6 bedroom 5 Bath home with a convenient bunk room and game room. Outside seating with pool, grille and cornhole. Leave the packing to us, we have beach towels, carts, buckets, coolers, umbrellas and chairs for your ideal beach day!

-We have a private concierge that will assist you with codes for getting in property and be your contact for your stay.
-The town of Hilton Head Island prohibits parking on the street, grass or pine straw. We have 4 parking spots in the driveway. Extra cars can be parked at the airport for complimentary.
-Family Animals are allowed for a fee. Two max.
-Pool can be heated for a fee. The yard is completely fenced in, the pool does not have additional gates, fencing.
-The fireplace is only decorative.
-Min age requirement is 25.
