Beckenham 117 is an elegant three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath, first-floor entry townhouse with plank pine floors and a private patio for calming and cooking out on the gas grille! Enter at ground level to find a completely equipped and updated kitchen as well as a gorgeously decorated living room with all-new furnishings that opens to the dining area. You'll be within a 5-min. walk of the beach with a private washer/dryer, a private courtyard with outdoor seating and a gas grille, and a community pool (not heated and open only from April until October). Don't forget the added perk of complimentary WiFi!

The main bedroom is on the first level with a TV, balcony access, and a private bath with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is upstairs and has a TV and access to a hallway bath shared by the third bedroom, which has a TV and a bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Getting the most from your rental home budget:

• In the Hilton Head area, The earlier your group can book, the easier your search will be. The best properties are reserved very early. Booking your rental up to 12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and book your vacation rental.
• June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Hilton Head. To find the most suitable rental home within budget, we recommend reserving in Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at Hilton Head restaurants, tours, and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer months. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Hilton Head vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager whether your group qualifies for a price reduction.
• Booking websites typically offer renters an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed vacation time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for additional information.
• Look for your local Hilton Head visitors guide magazine when you check-in. If your rental doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local shops and fuel stations. In addition to great articles, visitor guides contain money saving offers on local accommodations and attractions.

• Lock your rental property while you are out! Don't let thieves ruin your trip.
• During arrival, record any issues with the rental property and immediately contact the property manager. Keep records of all correspondence just in case a dispute arises.
• Be a good neighbor. Often times, adjacent homes are filled by local residents. Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking rules reduces conflict and allows everyone to enjoy their day.
• Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Locals can often help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to enjoy a steak with a view, have a great night out, or the best spots for fine dining?
• When it's time to leave, take a final walk-through to confirm you didn't forget any personal items. Re-check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Walk through the property one final time and look for any damage. We recommend walking through with the host whenever possible. If the host is not available, ensure that you take photographs of the property to record its condition.
• Did you have a terrific stay? Many rental home management companies make it easy for guests to provide feedback. If your rental and/or property manager was wonderful, they would love to hear about it. If anything was inoperable and they failed to fix it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your feedback.
