23 Beach Villas is one of only 30 Villas in a complex located on 6 acres of oceanfront property. Expansive 2 acre oceanfront courtyard and pool for guests only. Villa is directly on pool with access from first floor of villa. 23 Beach Villas is 1850 sq ft of oceanview, poolside, on the courtyard hideaway. This very huge Villa feels more like a home than a villa. In addition to 3 bedrooms (two master bedrooms with king size beds)and 3 bathrooms and a enormous kitchen and dining area, you have 2 separate living areas (1 downstairs den outside bedroom with queen bed and 2 twin beds and another family den off of the kitchen and dining area). Both living areas as well as kitchen, dining area, patio and balcony have elegant vistas.

Located on the beach, this vacation home is in South Forest Beach, a neighborhood in Hilton Head Island. While the natural beauty of Coligny Beach and Tybee Island Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Palmetto Dunes Club.

When to book & When to go:

• Book your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
