Located by the sea, this villa is in Mid Island, a neighborhood in Hilton Head Island. When to visit Hilton Head & When to reserve a rental home:

  • The sooner you can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable properties are booked very early. Booking your vacation home 6-12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation rental.
  • June, July, and August are high season in the Hilton Head area. Reserve your rental property in Spring or Fall to enjoy gorgeous weather while saving money and avoiding crowds.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host whether your group qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer their guests an option to add vacation insurance protection.
