• Protect the property owner (and your stuff!) by keeping the rental locked up when you are out, just like you would at home.
• Just prior to departing, take a walk-through to confirm you haven't leave anything behind. Make sure to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Go through the rental a final time and keep an eye out for damage. We recommend walking through with the host whenever possible. If the host is not available, take photos and video of the property to record its condition.
