Beckenham 111 is a phenomenal three-bedroom, three-bath villa on the 9th hole of Port Royal Golf which is one of the closest complexes to the beach in this area! This villa is located on the first floor for painless access to and from the on-site amenities that include a shared pool to take a dip when the weather heats up. Plus, you will be a short walk to the beach. The main bathroom has been freshly modernized! This villa also features a handsome sunroom overlooking the golf course with ample seating, so sip a favorite drink in style as the sun goes down. Plus, movie nights will be a breeze with the DVD player and TV.

Located in Hilton Head Island, this condo is near the beach.   • Lock your rental home while you are out. Protect the owner's property and your things!

  • Be respectful of your neighbors. Often, adjacent homes are filled by permanent residents. Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking policies can make a stay significantly more pleasurable.
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Local residents can frequently help. Who better to ask where to find the best bike paths, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for bird watching?
  • Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, walk through the rental to confirm you've collected all of your things. Re-check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the property one final time and look for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can. If the manager isn't available, take photos and video of the property to record its condition.
  • Did your family have a great time? Most rental managers make it easy for customers to provide feedback. If your rental and/or property management company was terrific, they would love to hear about it. If anything was inoperable and they failed to correct it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your comments.
