Here at Treetops in South Forest Beach, you'll have access to three pools and a tennis/pickleball court, with the beach and Coligny Plaza within an painless walk or bicycle ride.

Treetops is a wonderfully leafy complex located alongside the Fish Island Sea Pines Forest Preserve on the south end of Hilton Head Island. It features exceptional access to the Vandermeer Tennis Center (a quarter-mile) and Coligny Plaza (one mile), the latter of which serves as Hilton Head's downtown district with dozens of stores, eateries, and amenities. Coligny Beach Park is a mile away as well, effortlessly reached with the two included (adult-size) bicycles.

With two levels of living and outdoor space, this villa features plentiful room for relaxation. Sip your morning coffee on the balcony, which is accessible from both bedroom suites, or sit back with a good book on the ground-floor patio after a day of golfing, pickleball (with four supplied paddles), or beachcombing.

The ground-floor living areas are comfortable and roomy, with floor-to-ceiling glass patio doors filling the home with light. Appreciate a polished kitchen with every essential appliance, a window-lined dining room, and a living room with plush seating and a intelligent TV. The sleeping setup is ideal for two couples, with both upstairs bedrooms boasting their own bathroom, intelligent TV, and balcony access. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
