Charmingly set beneath a canopy of moss-draped oaks, this three-bedroom home will give you a Hilton Head vacation you'll remember for years to come. You're just an painless 15-min. walk from the beach!

The home is located next to the handsome and serene Sea Pines Forest Preserve and is only two miles from Harbour Town. A great space for an extended family or a group of friends, this single-level home sits right on the island's bicycle path network and just half a mile from the beach. Other attractions - including the island's world-famed golf courses - are within cycling distance as well.

Upon entering, you'll be greeted by central AC, ceiling fans to circulate the air, and an open-concept living area that makes up the heart of the home. There's a kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances (including a gas stove and a dishwasher), a breakfast bar where you can set out appetizers, and a huge dining room table for eight. A wall of French doors lead outside to the patio and yard, where you can Bar-B-Que on the gas grille and dine in the shade of the umbrella.

Spend the after-dinner hours streaming movies in the living room or the adjacent den, which are home to two of the home's five TVs. The other three can be found in the three bedrooms. Free WiFi and a private washer/dryer are on hand as well.

Located near the beach, this vacation home is in Sea Pines, a neighborhood in Hilton Head Island. Harbour Town Lighthouse and Fort Howell are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Atlantic Dunes by Davis Love III and Heron Point by Pete Dye.
