49 Off Shore Drive, located in the Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Community, offers a marvelous vacation experience with its cavernous and attractively decorated 4-bedroom, 4-bath layout. The highlight of this property is its private pool and hot tub, providing ample opportunity for relaxation and enjoyment. Additionally, the private sitting dock overlooking a huge lagoon adds a serene touch to the setting, ideal for peaceful moments of reflection or birdwatching. Convenience is key with this property, as it's just a leisurely walk of 12-15 mins. to the beach, or a fast 2-3 min. drive with parking available at the Dunes House.

COMPLIMENTARY activities included with our signature Southern Hospitality Pass! Your pass includes one complimentary round of golf daily at partner courses like the Heritage Collection and the Brown Group. Note: This is per day, not per person. You also receive one complimentary round of miniature golf each day at Adventure Cove and one complimentary bicycle from Island Cruisers to start your stay. A $25 delivery fee applies for one bicycle; additional bicycles are delivered complimentary and available at a discount.

Pool: 28' x 12' *The pool can be heated up to 88 degrees for an additional $500/week, however it is not available from Memorial Day- Labor Day. This fee is not supplied in Vacation Rental By Owner total and will be added once your reservation has been made.

Seasonal Beach Shuttle: Palmetto Dunes Buggy is a COMPLIMENTARY on demand and door to door shuttle to the beach and Shelter Cove Marina, Stores, and Eateries. This Shuttle runs from April through September.

  • Summertime is the most expensive season in Hilton Head. To find the best rental within your budget, we highly recommend booking in Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at the beach and popular Hilton Head attractions. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer months.
  • The sooner you can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The best rental properties are reserved very early. Reserving your rental up to 12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and book your vacation home.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host if your family qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
  • Property management companies typically offer their guests an option to add vacation insurance protection.
