Located mid-island between Palmetto Dunes and the Marriott Surfwatch Resort, there is no need to wait for shuttles or find a parking spot when you are this close to the beach and multiple activities! Your group can savor the benefits of walking to the beach & all it has to offer from sunbathing, shelling, surfing, crabbing and the famed Singleton Beach CoCo’s Beach Bar for Frozen Drinks & Food. When needing a break from the sun, you can find relief in the private covered pool & patio area…..a unique benefit to this striking home. If you still want the sun but not the sand, the Singleton Beach community pool is directly across the street from this home. Keep your car parked with less than a 5 min walk to Chaplin Oceanside Park with multiple tennis, pickleball, basketball courts, bicycle paths, walking trails, baseball and soccer fields. The park also has a playground, dog park, and bathrooms.

This 3-story home comes complete with a private elevator in addition to a new air purifier system. The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen space is ideal for spreading out and features 12’ ceilings, updated decor, furnishings and modern amenities throughout. Savor the balcony off the main floor. A great spot to read a good book, have a glass of wine, and soak in the handsome marsh and Palmetto Dunes golf course vistas. Located on the first floor are 3 bedrooms (each with own bath) and main laundry area. All rooms have new tv’s, new linens, new updated décor and huge windows taking in the elegant surroundings. The upsized Master bedroom and bathroom include a soaking tub, humongous walk-in shower, a 2nd washer / dryer are all located on the secluded top floor. The private balcony view off the Master bedroom offers beautiful vistas of the ocean, marsh, golf course and surrounding area! You will never want to leave! Garage level is full of beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, and sizable enough to park one car. This level also offers the private covered pool and calming area. Great for adults and even better for the little ones who want to stay out of the sun and still play in the water.

This centrally located property is less than four miles to Hilton Head Airport, less than two miles to Kroger, and mins. to many great eateries, golf courses, and shopping destinations on the island. Appreciate some of the best waterfront shopping, dining, and entertainment on the island at Shelter Cove Towne Center, just a short bicycle ride or drive down the road (1.5 miles). Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
