POOL DIMENSIONS: 28' x 14'

POOL HEAT: This property offers complimentary pool heat in the shoulder season (Sep-Oct and April-May) to roughly 86 -88 degrees.

NOTE: Pool heat not available November - March as the pool heater does not work when the air temperature is below (roughly) 60 degrees.

NOTE: We do not provide Beach Towels or Equipment.

CAR PASSES: Palmetto Dunes Car Passes (per car) are $25 for 1-2 nights, $45 3-7 nights , $60 8 -14 nights, $85 15-30 nights, $125 31-180 nights. Car Passes must be ordered at time of booking and can be picked up at our office on day of arrival.

COMPLIMENTARY TRANSPORTATION: Palmetto Dunes Buggy is a COMPLIMENTARY on demand and door to door shuttle to the beach and Shelter Cove Marina, Stores, and Eateries. This Shuttle runs from April through September.

CANCELLATION POLICY: See rental agreement for more information or contact Vacation Homes of Hilton Head with any questions. If you are booking on a third-event site such as Vacation Rental By Owner or Expedia, you are subject to Vacation Homes of Hilton Head's cancellation policy.

NOTE: Guests without travel insurance will not receive a refund or reimbursement for weather, hurricanes, mandatory and/ or voluntary evacuations, pandemics, etc. Please contact us for questions regarding coverage and to purchase a protection plan. Travel Insurance must be paid full upon purchase.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE: To secure a reservation, we require a 50% deposit upfront and the balance payment due thirty days prior to arrival via Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express card. Photo copies of both the reservation holders Driver's License and Credit Card will be required.

Located in Hilton Head Island, this vacation home is near the beach. Pirate's Island Adventure Golf and Robert Trent Jones Oceanfront Course are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Adventure Cove and Coastal Discovery Museum. Hilton Head Zipline and The Sandbox are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

  • Summer months are high season in the Hilton Head area. To find the largest vacation home within your budget, we highly recommend booking in Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at Hilton Head restaurants, tours, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Hilton Head vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
  • In the Hilton Head area, The sooner you can reserve a home, the easier your search will be. The best vacation homes are booked early. Reserving your vacation rental 6-12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and reserve your vacation rental.
  • Property management companies sometimes offer special rates for veterans and active duty military. Check with your property manager to see if special offers are available for your family before you book.
  • Booking websites often offer renters an option to purchase vacation insurance protection.
