This property has a pool and spa that can be heated between Labor Day and Memorial Day for an additional fee of $95/nighttime. Both the spa and pool share the same heater. In order for the spa to be heated, the pool must be heated as well. When isolating the spa to heat to a higher temperature the pool will be not be heating. It is important to turn off the spa when finished. At least seven days' notice MUST be given for heat to be turned on. If the outside temperature is colder than 55 degrees, the pool may not be able to maintain a warmer temperature. If the pool or spa does not reach your desired temperature but is still warming, refunds will NOT be given.
There's no better way to spend your next vacation than a stay at this cavernous, five-bedroom home in Palmetto Dunes; a striking, gated community with its own private beach in Hilton Head. Featuring fresh paint on both the exterior and interior, this freshly-updated vacation home sits on a serene, wooded half-acre, just seven rows from the beach. Highlights of the home include a private, 500 sq. ft. pool, a enormous hot tub, and a newly-constructed (April 2020), Travertine pool deck. Fire up the grille and appreciate lazy afternoons out on the new, 600 sq. ft. composite deck or in the professionally landscaped back yard. Inside, you'll find exquisitely decorated rooms and a well-equipped, newly-updated kitchen with new cabinets, a six-burner cooktop, and a double wall oven. The ground floor also features a living room/dining area with constructed-in cabinets, a flatscreen TV, and a table with seating for eight. A separate breakfast room off the kitchen offers an additional table with more seating, plus there's an adjacent sunroom with a comfortable sectional and another huge flatscreen TV.

(A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if allowed.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

When to visit Hilton Head & When to book:

Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable homes. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Hilton Head vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
- Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families book their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
- Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host if your group qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
- Property management companies frequently offer guests an option to purchase vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed trip time as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel or extra fuel expenses.
