This condo is located on the third floor of Ocean Walk Villas, a private and relaxing property with elevator access, and only a quarter-mile from the beach. Within the community, you'll have access to a heated indoor pool, an outdoor pool, as well as courts for tennis and pickleball. It's a really amazing setting on Hilton Head Island, with bicycle paths wandering in every direction and the eateries and stores of Coligny Plaza just over half a mile east.

Bright and handsomely decorated with chic, coastal minimalism, this vacation rental offers all the amenities and conveniences of home. There's a palpable sense of ease here, from the central air-conditioning to the supplied beach chairs to the commercial ice maker that effortlessly fills your summer cooler. After a beautiful day spent at the beach, come home to relax on the shaded balcony with the outdoor ceiling fan whirring overhead.

The living space is modern and open, bringing together an extravagant kitchen, an adjacent dining space, and a sun-splashed living room. Of the sleeping spaces, one is a primary suite with its own bathroom, one is a guest bedroom with a balcony, and one is a comfortable den. There are streaming-capable TVs in each bedroom, and cable TV in the living room and den. A washer/dryer and complimentary WiFi are supplied as well.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if allowed.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
