About the Area

Located in Hilton Head Island, this villa is on the beach. Fort Howell and Fort Mitchel are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Palmetto Dunes Club and Adventure Cove. • Property management companies often offer renters an option to obtain trip insurance protection. • Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, walk through the property to reconfirm you've collected everything. Check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Record a video to document the condition of the property.
