Welcome to this cavernous three bedroom Queens Grant villa, charmingly located right on the first hole of the esteemed Robert Trent Jones Oceanfront Golf Course. Ideal for families or groups, this villa offers comfort combined with elegant vistas of the course.

As you enter, you'll find a convenient laundry and storage area to your left. The entry leads into an broad, refreshed kitchen featuring bespoke cabinetry and stainless steel appliances. Totally equipped to meet all your cooking needs, the kitchen opens into the inviting living room, where you can relax on a huge sectional couch in front of a massive mounted Intelligent TV. A sliding door opens to your private deck, where you can appreciate serene vistas of the golf course.

The first floor also includes a roomy Primary Bedroom with a King-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and a newly updated en-suite bathroom. The extravagant Primary Bathroom features a sizable double vanity and a bespoke-tiled walk-in shower.

Upstairs, you'll find two additional bedrooms, each with its own character. The second bedroom is equipped with two Twin sized beds and a flat-screen TV, while the third bedroom features one Full-sized bed and one Twin sized bed, also with a mounted flat-screen TV.
