The property is conveniently located at the front of the Beachwalk complex in Shipyard Plantation, a peaceful neighborhood southeast of the William Hilton Parkway. You can take the path outside the townhouse to the beach, just a third of a mile away. Cross the street to play tennis at the Van der Meer Tennis Center or stay at home to swim in the shared pool right outside your condo.

The townhouse offers two living rooms with soft chairs, TVs, and enormous windows, including two skylights. The kitchen comes well-equipped, so you can prepare all your favorite meals. The primary bedroom has pool vistas, a skylight, a TV, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Free WiFi and a private washer/dryer round out the amenities of this home.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if allowed.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of suitable homes. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Hilton Head vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
  • In the Hilton Head area, The earlier your group can book, the easier your search will be. The best vacation homes are booked very early. Booking your rental up to 12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and book your rental home.
  • Some property management companies offer rate reductions for veterans and active duty military. It's always a good idea to check with your property manager to see if special discounts are available for your group.
  • Property management companies typically offer renters an option to obtain vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which usually will cost you 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed days as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for details.

  • Just before checking out, take a walk-through to confirm you didn't forget anything. Remember to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
