This villa features a amazing setting in Sea Pines, right next door to the island's best pickleball and tennis drills at South Beach Racquet Club. When you're not at the beach, you'll find a brand-new community pool currently under construction, the island's famed bicycle paths winding right by the property, as well as The Salty Dog and South Beach Marina directly across the street.

A really special feature of this villa is its generous outdoor space, where you can breathe in the salty sea air with vistas of the tree-lined grounds. The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
