Affectionally known as 'Beach Escape,' this pristine 2BR/2.5BA condo features a completely modernized interior, a balcony with lagoon vistas, and an unbeatable locale just a short walk or complimentary trolley ride to Coligny Beach Park. This Villa is steps away from the new Lowcountry Celebration Park.

Appreciate swimming in the outdoor pool or playing an hour of complimentary tennis per day at the historic Van Der Meer Tennis Center.

Unwind after a fun-filled day in the welcoming living area, which offers a couch bed, four armchairs, and a 50' TV.

The pristine kitchen is appointed with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and helpful gadgets. Gather for meals at the six-person table.

BED & BATH

This two-story condo sleeps eight guests between the two bedrooms and a full-size couch bed in the living area.

Find comfort in the calming primary bedroom, fitted with a king bed, a 32' TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

The second bedroom is furnished with two full-size beds and a 32' TV. The en-suite bathroom has a sizable walk-in shower.

A half bath on the main level adds convenience.
