40 Bradley Beach, freshly painted, 4 bedroom, 3 and a half bath home with private pool, offers not only a great mid-island location, but is among our most value gorgeous properties for families and groups. This property is located next to Driessen Beach Town Park with playground equipment for the kids, comfort stations, and is just a four-min. walk to the beach on an elevated boardwalk. For bigger groups, you may add up to three of our additional Bradley Beach homes, one on either side, and the other, just two doors away…ideal for the family reunion, corporate getaways, or sizable golf outings.

We also manage 41 Bradley Beach Road, 42 Bradley Beach Road, and 44 Bradley Beach Road. Ideal for huge groups traveling together!

PAYMENT SCHEDULE: To secure a reservation, we require a 50% deposit upfront and the balance payment due thirty days prior to arrival via Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express card. Photo copies of both the reservation holders Driver’s License and Credit Card will be required.

Fort Howell and Fort Mitchel are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Adventure Cove and Pirate's Island Adventure Golf. When to visit Hilton Head & When to reserve a rental home:

  • Summertime is the most expensive season in coastal SC. Booking in the Fall or Spring is our best tip for saving money on your vacation rental. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of suitable homes. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the high season.
  • In the Hilton Head area, The earlier your group can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable properties are reserved early. Booking your rental home up to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and book your rental home.
  • Property management companies sometimes offer discounts for active duty military and veterans. Make sure to check with your property manager to see if special offers are available for your family before you book.
  • Property management companies typically offer their guests an option to obtain vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any days missed as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or extra gasoline expenses.   • Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, take a walk through the rental property to confirm you've collected all belongings. Remember to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
  • Remember to leave feedback! Property managers rely on good reviews to drive future reservations. They'll be much obliged for your feedback. Alternatively, if something wasn't as described, other families will be thankful you shared your experience find their best rental home. Remember to be objective.
