This property is located next to Chaplin Park which offers tennis, basketball, open fields and a great playground for kids, and best of all, it's a fast and simply walk to the beach! The community beach shuttle is available from Memorial Day to Labor Day, and is a fantastic convenience for appreciating the close by beach without any hassle. This home makes the ideal hideaway for those who savor both comfort and style amidst a gorgeous coastal setting.

Community Beach Shuttle: Seasonal beach shuttle runs from the end of May to the end of August. The hours of operation are Sunday to Friday, 9am-5pm. Pick-up is upon request. Driver will pick guest up at their driveway and drop them off at Singleton Beach.

Located in Hilton Head Island, this vacation home is near the beach. Coligny Beach and Newhall Audubon Nature Preserve reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Adventure Cove and Pirate's Island Adventure Golf.
