The Beachside community offers so much fun to get into! Go bicycle riding or exploring on the boardwalk, spend the day fishing on a boat ride, or go swimming in the shared community pool. Not to mention, this home is within walking distance to Hilton Heads' local favorite eateries and iconic attractions like the famed Sea Pines lighthouse.

The home has more than enough space to accommodate a comfortable escape for family or friends. The open living area will be the hub for group gatherings and movie nights. The full kitchen is outfitted with everything you need to show off your culinary skills, and everybody can take their pick of dining inside at the accommodating dining table or out on the balcony. The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Located by the sea, this vacation home is in Sea Pines, a neighborhood in Hilton Head Island. While the natural beauty of Coligny Beach and Tybee Island Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Palmetto Dunes Club.

  • Go through the rental one final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the manager is not available, take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition.
