This third floor Penthouse is right in the middle of the complex in building two, with phenomenal vistas of the grounds and Atlantic beyond. The sizable entryway leads you into a giant open plan great room. The living room features a queen sleeper couch, adore seat and additional seating, flat screen Tv and sliding doors to the upsized balcony with ocean vistas. The dining room seats eight and leads into a very sizable and bright kitchen. The kitchen has tons of counter space, a huge island, seating for six at the bar, and access to a very huge laundry room with full size washer and dryer.

The first of four bedrooms is located just off the entryway. This room has a king size bed, TV, huge walk in closet and a private bath with double vanity, walk in shower and enormous soaking tub.
