Inside your villa, the sun seems to shine effortlessly. It is newly painted with new furnishings and appliances, with a new HVAC in 2023. The open living room lends itself to pleasant movie streaming on the soft seating. Steps from here, the full kitchen presents a splendid space to play chef amidst the blue cabinetry, ample meal prep space, and stainless steel appliances. A stackable washer/dryer is also available in this space.

A good nighttime's rest is prioritized in the bedroom, adorned with nautical mementos, soft linens, and marvelous vistas.
