With unsurpassed lagoon vistas and wooded tranquility surrounding it, this marvelous three bedroom vacation hideaway features an open and airy interior marked with some eye-catching new upgrades.

Passing through the wrought iron gates of the property’s extravagant brick courtyard. The delightful brickwork extends inside, to a wide-bricked entry that steps down to a lavish tall-ceilinged main living space. Here hand-scraped wood floors run throughout a space boasting dual armchairs, and a couch flanked by enormous glass doors overlooking the lagoon and pool.

These doors give way to the extraordinary outdoor amenities that make this property so unique. Right along the lagoon’s a winding brick patio trails among a wide teak table with patio umbrella and seating for six and a gas grille for outdoor entertaining. Follow it along the water’s edge, and you’ll find yourself basking in the jeweled waters of the roomy swimming pool. A pair of teak loungers provides a comfortable place to soak in the sun.

Heading back inside, you’ll find further comfort in the cozy den, where a brick half-wall ends at a panorama of windows that encircle three walls split by a wide brick fireplace. Above the wide beam of the mantle hangs a huge flat-screen TV furnished with couch and dual armchairs provide plenty of places to relax and enjoy the amenities of home.

Meals are taken at a wide French-style dining table with seating for eight, or at the bar-style seating for four that can be found along the wide granite counters leading into the kitchen. Here speckled granite counters and handsome tile backsplash surrounds a space with every conveniences, such as a flat cooktop stove and refreshed appliances.

Three bedrooms benefit from new renovations. The master bedroom features tall ceilings and windows to create an open, airy feeling in a room with splendid lagoon vistas, flat-screen TV hidden away in a handsome cabinet piece with bookshelves, and a wide king-size bed.
