Gorgeously located alongside the Sea Pines Country Club Golf Course, this Hilton Head home enjoys charming vistas of the manicured fairway, green, and sandtraps just beyond the trees. It's a pretty spot for taking in the lushness of the island landscape, whether you're golfing, riding bicycles to Coligny Beach Park, or unwinding on the broad deck that runs the length of the home.

This single-story, golf-course-front home sits peacefully among the trees, in a location that seamlessly blends serenity and convenience. You'll be just a few blocks from an assortment of shopping and dining, and less than two miles from Coligny Plaza and Coligny Beach Park.

As you step inside, you'll immediately feel the bright openness of the space, with sunlight and wooded vistas flooding in through rear walls of glass. Lofty ceilings and skylights amplify the natural setting, which you can take in from the window-lined sunroom and the open living and dining rooms.

Whether you're throwing open the many sets of glass doors to the deck or appreciating the view in the comfort of central air, the home accepts you to have a true indoor-outdoor living experience. Host nightly barbecues on the gas grille, sip beverages on the deck at golden hour, and step inside to fix dessert using stainless steel kitchen appliances. In the evenings, stream movies on Roku TVs in the living room and all three bedrooms - including two which open directly to the deck.

Tips and Tricks to get the best Hilton Head vacation rental experience:

When to visit Hilton Head & When to book:

  • Book your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally open a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Reserving a rental home in Spring or Fall is one of our best tips for saving money on your vacation rental. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable homes. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Hilton Head vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
  • Property management companies sometimes offer discounts for veterans. Ask your host or property manager if special offers are available for your family.
  • Property managers typically offer customers an option to add vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally will cost you 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed time as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for specifics.
  • Often, rental management companies supply Hilton Head area visitors guide magazines that include coupons, either offered independently by local companies, or by way of a relationship with the management company and the business itself. You can also find Hilton Head visitors guide and coupon books at local shops and grocery stores.

Narrow your Search:

  • Select vacation week and maximum budget.
  • Decide how many beds and what type of bedroom configuration your family needs. Dog-friendly, golf-course-front home with amazing deck, view & location has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our rentals search.
  • Precise information about bedrooms and bed counts is usually accessible online. Otherwise, call the property management company before you reserve the home. Note that most listings specify the max. guest capacity, which frequently includes pull-out couches and bunk beds. You will need to work out what is right for your trip.
  • Remember to include your furry companions! Many vacation homes allow animals, but guidelines and restrictions apply. Allowable pet type, breed, and size are often limited. Ask your property manager before booking, and study your agreement! Additional fees or costs might be applied to your agreement.
  • If there's a particular Hilton Head beach you are enamored with, look for homes that are either near by, or those that cater especially to your desires.
  • Proper accessibility can make or break a vacation for guests with disabilities. .

More tips for your stay:

  • Be sure you get the host's phone number and entry/exit procedures for your rental home. Store the host's contact information in your smartphone.
  • Hosts are there to help! Don't be shy to ask any questions before, during, or after your stay.
  • Ensure you protect the rental owner (and your stuff!) by locking the rental when you are out, just like you would back home.
  • During check-in, record any damages to the rental property and immediately alert the owner. Record all coorespondence.
  • Be respectful. Frequently, nearby homes are filled by permanent residents. Respecting late-night noise limits and parking rules reduces conflict and allows everyone to enjoy their day.
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can usually help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to grab the best tacos, have a great night out, or the best spots for fishing?
  • Double-check every room of the property to make sure that you've packed everything at departure. Make sure to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
  • After your trip, leave feedback! Property managers rely on excellent ratings to drive more bookings. They'll be much obliged for your review. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other vacationers will be thankful you shared your review and help them have the best future vacation. Please be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the manager could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded reasonably to fix it.
