We appreciate Hilton Head Beach Villa 25. This is our third time there, and each time we appreciate it more and more. It is ideal for a family like ours with three young kids and traveling with our grandparents. There are plenty of comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms for everybody. There are also two living spaces for hanging out and watching TV. The kitchen is roomy and has all the amenities we could want. For the first time we took advantage of the closet full of board games. It is so handy having the washer and dryer in the unit. We all appreciate that the pool is so close - it takes seconds to walk there (but it's not too close that i worry about the kids going in when they aren't supposed to). Our three year old adored the toddler pool and the boys appreciated playing in the bigger pool. We also appreciate that the beach is so close - a short, enchanting stroll over the boardwalk. Ideal for fast trips back to the condo for using the bathroom or grabbing snacks / toys / sunscreen. The beach could not be any prettier and you can see it from the upstairs balcony. i adore peaceful time in the morning sipping coffee on the upstairs balcony. The location of the condo is ideal - a short walk to coligny circle, a short bicycle ride to sea pines, and very close to so many delicious eateries. The owner of the condo was very quick to respond to the few questions we had. We adore it there and cannot wait to go back.

Tricks and tips to get the perfect Hilton Head vacation property experience:
Get the most from your rental budget:
- The earlier your group can book a vacation rental, the easier your search will be. The most desirable vacation rentals are reserved early. Booking your rental home up to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental home.
- To get the best value, consider changing your vacation to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and October offer warm temperatures, fewer crowds, and reduced traffic.
- Some owners offer rate reductions for active duty military and veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your property manager to see if special offers are available for your family.
- Property managers frequently offer renters an option to buy vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed days as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for program terms and fees.
- Often, property management companies supply Hilton Head area visitor guide magazines which often include coupons, either offered directly by local companies, or by way of a relationship between the management company and the business itself. You can also find visitors guide and coupon books at local shops and grocery stores.
Planning and choosing a perfectrental home:
- Select vacation dates and maximum budget.
- Note the number beds and the configuration your family requires. Ocean views! Steps to beach - 25 Hilton Head Beach Villa has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
- Specific information regarding bedrooms and bed types is commonly accessible on booking pages. If not, contact the property owner before reserving your rental. Remember that most property listings specify the max. guest capacity, which usually includes sofa beds and bunks. You'll need to establish what configuration is suitable for your vacation family.
- Do your family pets travel with you? Many vacation homes allow animals, but guidelines and restrictions apply. Type of pet, size and breeds may be limited. Make sure to ask before booking, and study your rental agreement! Additional pet fees or costs could be applied to your invoice.
- Visiting for a specific event or attraction? Use a map search to browse nearby properties.
- Suitable accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for guests that require the use of a wheelchair. Confirm all required amenities are available before reserving a rental
Considerations for your stay:
- Be sure you get the owner's contact number and arrival/departure procedures for your rental. We recommend storing the host's contact information in your smartphone and wallet.
- Ask questions. You may need instructions for a hot tub, stereo or kitchen appliance. Contact your property manager. They are there to help! A brief phone call prevents many problems.
- Lock your rental property while you are gone! Don't let thieves ruin your holiday.
- Note any issues with the property during check in, and immediately contact the property manager. We specifically recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain time stamps that are beneficial if damages are attributed to your stay.
- Don't forget to respect your neighbors. Frequently, adjacent homes are occupied by local residents. Respecting noise limits and parking rules reduces conflict and allows everyone to enjoy their day.
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Residents can usually help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to rent beach equipment, have a great night out, or the best spots for crabbing?
- Just prior to departing, complete a final walk-through to make sure you haven't forget any personal items. Re-check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Walk through the rental one final time and scan for damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager is not available, take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
- Leave feedback! Property managers rely on excellent feedback to stimulate future bookings. They'll be grateful for your review. Alternatively, if something went awry, other vacationers will be thankful you shared your experience find their best rental home. Be fair with your review. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the host could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded reasonably to fix it.
