Savor countless sunny days by the pool and calming evenings on the upsized covered porch with entertainment area. With a sizable outdoor space there’s plenty of room for lawn games and pool gatherings.. The pool deck offers a number of lounge chairs as well as an outdoor dining table with additional seating for four. The elevated covered porch offers a conversation area with seating for six, a huge outdoor dining table with additional seating for six, and wall-mounted flatscreen TV for entertainment.

As you step inside the home, the main living area offers a huge open space with wall-mounted flatscreen TV, sectional couch, loveseat and armchairs, and an open floorplan great for bringing together the entire group. Just off the living room and kitchen is a formal dining room with enormous table that seats six. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, sizable island for cooking, and eat-in area with table for six overlooking the front of the home and pool area.

Just off the back of the kitchen, up multiple stairs is an upsized private bedroom suite with king bed, twin sleeper couch, modest sitting area with flatscreen TV and huge floor to ceiling windows overlooking the pool. This bedroom has a private bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower.

Also on the first floor to the left of the living room is a half bath and large master suite with king bed, flatscreen TV, glass sliding doors to the covered patio, and private bathroom with double vanity and upsized walk-in shower.

On the second floor you will find the three additional bedrooms. The first, just left at the top of the stairs has a king bed, large flatscreen TV, and private bathroom with walk-in shower. The second has two sets of bunk beds, flatscreen TV and private bathroom with shower and bathtub. The third upstairs bedroom has a king bed, flatscreen TV, and private bathroom with walk-in shower.

Adventure Cove and The Sandbox are also worth visiting.
