Appreciate countless sunny days by the pool and calming evenings on the upsized covered porch with entertainment area. With a sizable outdoor space there’s plenty of room for lawn games and pool gatherings.. The pool deck offers a number of lounge chairs as well as an outdoor dining table with additional seating for four. The elevated covered porch offers a conversation area with seating for six, a huge outdoor dining table with additional seating for six, and wall-mounted flatscreen TV for entertainment.

As you step inside the home, the main living area offers a enormous open space with wall-mounted flatscreen TV, sectional couch, loveseat and armchairs, and an open floorplan great for bringing together the entire group. Just off the living room and kitchen is a formal dining room with sizable table that seats six. On the second floor you will find the three additional bedrooms. The first, just left at the top of the stairs has a king bed, large flatscreen TV, and private bathroom with walk-in shower. The second has two sets of bunk beds, flatscreen TV and private bathroom with shower and bathtub. The third upstairs bedroom has a king bed, flatscreen TV, and private bathroom with walk-in shower.
