This freshly refreshed Hickory Cove villa is located within a five min. walk of the beach, the tennis and pickleball club and the first tee of the Robert Trent Jones golf course. November 2023 brings new carpet and fresh paint throughout this handsome villa.

It features two bedrooms and three baths, with a newly updated and entirely equipped kitchen and full sized laundry room, newly refreshed bathrooms, new kitchen cabinets, a 42 inch Intelligent TV and WiFi complement this villa.

On the first floor, you will find a cavernous living room equipped with a 42 inch Intelligent TV, queen-size sleep couch as well as a full bath. The living room furnishings has just been updated as of November 2023.

Sliding glass doors from the living room will lead you outside to an elevated deck furnished with a table with four chairs, along with a gas grille. Here on the first floor, you will also find the Primary bedroom with a king bed, Intelligent TV, and a modernized private bathroom with new Quartz countertops. There is also a balcony.

The guest bedroom is located on the second floor and offers one twin bed and one double bed with a updated bathroom, along with a private balcony. There is also a daybed with a trundle bed on the landing furnished with bright colors, this enchanting two bedroom townhouse will comfortably accommodate up to six people.

Additional amenities include a huge on-site pool within a short walking distance. Guests of Hickory Cove savor a private beach path. Two complimentary hours of tennis or pickleball court time per day (first come first served) and wireless internet help to make this villa ideal for golfers, a modest family, or group of friends.

About the Area

Located in Hilton Head Island, this villa is next to a golf course and near the beach. Arts Center of Coastal Carolina and Coligny Theater are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Pirate's Island Adventure Golf and Adventure Cove.
