**A major construction project begins 11/1/2026 and ends toward the end of March 2027. This project will consist of scaffolding being erected around enormous portions of the building at a time, intermittent sawing and scraping noise, and the refinishing of the walkways on all five floors of Barrington Arms. There is currently no set schedule for when each of these items will occur, so it should be considered as a possibility at any time during this date range. Dates are subject to change based on weather or any other extraneous factor(s).
