This Windsor Court villa has everything you need for leisure on your next beach vacation. With an ideal location directly on a peaceful stretch of beachfront property, the Palmetto Dunes area gives you access to all of the best beach and water activities. It’s also convenient to area attractions and many dining and shopping options. The resort's many amenities include a private beach boardwalk with showers for direct access to the beach; a grille and covered gazebo; and an oceanfront pool (heated seasonally), kiddie pool, and hot tub all located within the resort grounds.

The open and cavernous living area offers plenty of seating for your guests along with a well-equipped kitchen and a huge balcony to bring the striking vistas of the ocean right to you. You'll appreciate home conveniences including a washer/dryer and complimentary WiFi. At the end of the day, relax and savor a restful nighttime's sleep in the primary suites, each of which includes a TV and a DVD player as well as private bathrooms. The guest room offers plenty of additional sleeping space and includes a TV with a DVD player and MP3 port. It also has painless access to the hall bathroom, which includes a walk-in shower.

The hot tub and firepit are currently under repair.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if allowed.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Located in Hilton Head Island, this condo is on the beach. Shoppers can check out Coligny Plaza, while everyone can enjoy the natural beauty of Coligny Beach and North Beach. When to visit & When to reserve a rental home:

  • Book your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often open a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families reserve their Summer rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Summer is high season in the Hilton Head area. Booking your vacation home in the Spring or Fall is our favorite way to save money on your rental home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable homes. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Hilton Head vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager if your vacationing group qualifies for a special rate.
  • Booking websites often offer guests an option to add trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance might be a a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for specifics.
  • Often, management companies and vacation rental houses supply Hilton Head area visitor guide magazines which will include money-saving offers, either offered directly by local companies, or by way of a relationship with the rental management company and the business itself. Some things to know before you go:

  • Be sure you get the property manager's contact number and check in/check out procedures for your rental property. We recommend storing the host's contact information in your smartphone and wallet.
  • Ask questions. You may want instructions for a garage door opener, elevator or WIFI setup. Contact your host. They are there to help! A brief call can prevent many problems.
  • Protect the rental owner (and your things!) by locking the property when you are out, just like you would back home.
  • To ensure that damages aren't linked to your visit, note any problem areas during check in. E-mail the property manager right away to document any damages. If there is a dispute about legal responsibility later, having a record of problems and contact attempts will be valuable.
  • Be respectful. Often times, adjacent homes are occupied by permanent residents. Respecting noise limits and parking policies is the right thing to do.
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Residents can typically help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to book the best tours, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for BBQ?
  • On check-out day, complete a final walk-through to make sure you didn't forget anything. Make sure to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the rental one final time and look for any damage. We advise walking through with the host whenever possible. If the property manager isn't available, ensure that you take photos and video of the property to record its condition.
  • Did your family have a fantastic stay? Many vacation rental websites make it easy for customers to provide comments. If your property and/or host was fantastic, they would love to hear about it. If anything was out of order and they failed to address it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your review.
