Across the street from the community, you can access Shelter Cove Harbour and Marina, which offers more eateries, entertainment, and stores. Venture a bit farther, and you'll find a wealth of parks for scenic strolls. The Island also hosts numerous museums and historical sites for fun field trips the whole family can take together before heading back to your home away from home.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if allowed.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

You'll benefit from lower rental rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at the beach and popular Hilton Head attractions. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during June, July, and August.
  • The sooner your group can book, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental properties are reserved very early.   • Protect the property owner (and your things!) by locking the rental while you are out, just like you would at home.
  • Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, walk through the rental property to reconfirm you've collected all personal items. Check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Please make sure to walk through the property one final time and scan for any damage. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the manager is not available, take pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • Remember to leave a review! Property managers rely on great reviews to stimulate future reservations. They'll be thankful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something wasn't as described, other vacationers will be thankful you shared your feedback and help them have the best future vacation. Please be objective.
