Perks of the relaxing community include two saltwater pools and shaded walking trails that wind around the lagoons.

Reserved for the exclusive use of Seascape Villas guests, the walkable oceanside cabana provides additional comfort and convenience during your sun-kissed beach days. Find a plethora of stores and eateries at close by Coligny Plaza.

The living area is furnished with two new couches. Stream movies on the flat-screen TV with Roku.

KITCHEN & DINING

With all-new appliances, the full kitchen makes it painless to whip up favorite meals. Share your culinary creations around the table for six in the dining area.

BED & BATH

This two-story rental sleeps six guests in two bedrooms.

Sleep soundly on a king-size bed in the primary suite. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer pretty vistas of the lagoon, and the flat-screen TV keeps you up-to-date on favorite shows. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a shining walk-in shower.

The second bedroom holds two queen-size beds. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Perched above the lagoon, your private balcony offers a calming getaway. Kick back on the adore seat and raise the umbrella for additional shade. Prepare tasty meals on the gas grille.

On-site amenities include:
-2 saltwater pools (unheated, open seasonally from February to October)

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if allowed.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

  • Book your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families reserve their Summer rental homes during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Property managers sometimes offer special rates for veterans. Remember to ask your host or property manager if special offers are available for your group before you book.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners frequently offer guests an option to buy vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which usually will cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel or additional gas expenses.
