September 2, 2025 – November 3, 2025: Scaffolding will be installed on both sides of Building 2.
Crane Access for Building 2
On or around September 15, 2025 – The Advocet parking lot and Pool Bar Jim’s parking area will be closed for a couple of days to allow crane access for lifting materials to the roof.

The well-equipped kitchen has everything you might need to whip up a fast meal during your stay. Located near the southern tip of the island, you'll be close to numerous eateries, entertainment options, and fashionable tourist attractions! Within walking distance, you'll find the beach to lay out on, and in the opposite direction, there are superb places to sample some delicious food with friends and family!

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by The Good Neighbor Policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
No smoking is allowed anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is complimentary parking available for 2 cars.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if allowed.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
