Savor taking in the vistas with a cup of coffee or your favorite libation as you sit out on the veranda. We offer private beach access where you can spend your day. Or, if you prefer, our condo also offers access to two impressive pools (one heated), tennis & pickleball courts, walking trails and a kids's play area - all right there outside the front door. Booking the best vacation home experience:
Get the most from your rental home budget:
- Summer months are the most expensive season in the Hilton Head area. To book the most suitable vacation home within budget, we suggest booking in the Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at Hilton Head restaurants, tours, and activities.
- The earlier your group can book a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental properties are reserved early. Booking your vacation rental six - twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental property.
- Hosts sometimes offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. Remember to ask your property manager if discounts are available for your family before you book.
- Booking websites frequently offer renters an option to buy vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance might be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for additional information.
- Many property management companies supply Hilton Head area visitor guides which include coupons, either offered independently by local businesses, or through a relationship between the property management company and the business itself. You can also find Hilton Head area magazine and coupon books at local gas stations and shopping centers.
Narrow your rental Search:
- Select a group lead, choose your vacation week, and select a spending budget.
- Note the number bedrooms and the configuration you need. Brigantine Quarters, Shipyard Plantation, Hilton Head 2 bed\/2 bath condo has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
- Precise information about bedrooms and bed types is often available on booking websites. If you don't see them listed, reach out to the host before reserving your rental. Note that most property listings specify the maximum guest capacity, which frequently includes pull-out couches and bunk beds. You'll need to work out what configuration is optimal for your trip.
- Are you visiting for a specific attraction? Try a map search to browse nearby properties.
- Appropriate accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for the less-mobile. .
- Some properties allow pets, and others don't. Acceptable types of pet, size and breeds may be restricted, and added fees may apply. Ask the owner about allowable pet guidelines before booking.
Have a wonderful stay:
- Review arrival and departure procedures before leaving home. Save the directions to your smartphone, and take a printed copy.
- During arrival, document any issues with the rental property and immediately alert the property manager. Keep records of all coorespondence.
- Hosts are available to help! Feel free to ask questions during your stay.
- Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking regulations can make a stay significantly more pleasurable. You'll enhance your chance to make local friends, and resident neighbors can be a fantastic source for finding the best local beaches and restaurants.
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Locals can frequently help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to charter a fishing boat, have a great night out, or the best spots for fishing?
- Keep the property locked while you're gone! Don't let crooks spoil your holiday.
- Double-check the vacation property to confirm that you've packed all personal items on check-out day. Remember to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Record a video to document the condition of the property.
- Did your group have a fantastic stay? Most rental managers make it easy for travelers to provide reviews. If your property and/or property management company was terrific, they would love to hear it. If anything was amiss and they failed to address it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your comments.
