  • Property management companies sometimes offer rate reductions for active duty military and veterans. Ask your property manager if discounts are available for your group before you book.
  • Property management companies often offer customers an option to obtain vacation insurance.   • Go through the property one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager is not available, ensure that you take pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • After your trip, leave feedback! Property owners rely on excellent feedback to drive new bookings. They'll be thankful for your review. Alternatively, if something went wrong, other vacationers will will be grateful for your experience find their best rental home. Be fair with your review.
