It is also close to many acclaimed golf courses and family-friendly attractions including South Beach Pool, pickleball, tennis, horseback riding, and gorgeous wildlife preserves. The private villa includes a furnished deck for bird watching and leisurely outdoor entertainment.

The home’s unique layout creates a flow from room to room that cannot be matched. The open-air kitchen is equipped with all you need to prepare home-cooked meals or snacks for the beach. A leather couch and a intelligent TV welcome casual downtime and movie nights in the living room. Free WiFi, streaming, central air-conditioning, and a private washer/dryer. Rest in the rocking chairs and feed the deer that visit every day or take a bicycle ride around the island and stop at the close by waterfront QuarterDeck for fresh southern cuisine at the base of the Harbour Town Lighthouse. *Phase 2 of the Lighthouse Lane Infrastructure Improvement Project is scheduled to begin in early May 2025, and is estimated to continue through June 2025.
Planned work will be conducted Monday-Friday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, excluding major holidays. Weekend and overnight work may be necessary but will be communicated in advance.
Heavy machinery and construction cars will be traveling to and from the project site.
Single-lane road closures and flagging operations will be in place daily, weather permitting. Temporary full lane closures may be required at times.
Motorists should expect traffic delays, traffic detours, and be prepared to share the road with bicycle riders and pedestrians.
Sidewalks in the project area will be closed as needed. Pedestrians and bicycle riders should expect delays and be prepared to stop and follow detours.
For safety, bicycle riders will be required to dismount and walk bicycles around the active work zones.
Please also note that Harbourtown golf course will be closed from May 10th through mid November for maintenance.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if allowed.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
