This well maintained three bedroom, one level home in the heart of Palmetto Dunes has it all! It is located just a short walk to both the beach and the George Fazio Golf Course!

Upon entering the home, there is an open office space with a murphy bed, and through the entryway you will walk into the living room which offers vaulted ceilings and plenty of comfortable seating. There is a new huge flat screen TV with Roku streaming service. The room also includes a game/puzzle table area.

On the left side of the home there is a king bedroom and ensuite bathroom with a freshly refreshed walk-in shower. Also located on this side of the home is the charming sizable gourmet kitchen with a dining table with seating for 8. It features top of the line appliances, a coffee bar with a Keurig and drip coffee maker, enormous stone island with a unique rustic beam light feature and 6 bar stools ideal for gathering around and prepping extraordinary meals! In this huge space there is another large wall-mounted Intelligent TV. This area has access to the upper deck with gas grille and has handsome vistas of the backyard greenery. The deck stairs lead to the pool/spa and pool deck. The backyard also includes outdoor dining table & chairs, chaise lounges and additional seating.

On the right side of the home, you will find the twin bedroom, with Intelligent TV, en-suite bath and another freshly remodeled walk-in shower. The twin beds can be converted into a king (for an additional charge). The primary bedroom features a king sized bath and a completely redone ensuite bathroom with his & her vanities and a separate room with an elegantly updated tile shower.

There are many updates that have been finished but are not shown in these photos. There will be an enclosed office space with a Murphy bed!
