Also located on this side of the home is the charming sizable gourmet kitchen with a dining table with seating for 8. It features top of the line appliances, a coffee bar with a Keurig and drip coffee maker, huge stone island with a unique rustic beam light feature and 6 bar stools ideal for gathering around and prepping striking meals! In this enormous space there is another large wall-mounted Intelligent TV. This area has access to the upper deck with gas grille and has handsome vistas of the backyard greenery. The deck stairs lead to the pool/spa and pool deck. The backyard also includes outdoor dining table & chairs, chaise lounges and additional seating.

On the right side of the home, you will find the twin bedroom, with Intelligent TV, en-suite bath and another freshly modernized walk-in shower. The twin beds can be converted into a king (for an additional charge). The primary bedroom features a king sized bath and a completely redone ensuite bathroom with his & her vanities and a separate room with an elegantly updated tile shower.
