This two bedroom condominium was updated from the walls in, including all furnishings and appliances.

The kitchen stands out with its hand-crafted cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. The kitchen will be completely-equipped upon your arrival. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area comfortably seats four guests. The kitchen bar seats an additional three guests.

The living room is framed ideally to enhance the direct ocean view through two sizable windows. The bespoke constructed-in accentuates the design of the space and provides a home to the huge Intelligent TV. Seating is varied and is ample enough to please the whole family. A slider provides access to your private oceanfront balcony!

The primary suite has a king sized bed, Intelligent TV and features fantastic vistas of the Atlantic Ocean! The en-suite primary bathroom is beautiful with its quartz top two sink vanity and bespoke-designed walk-in shower.

Across the condominium is the guest suite, which features a queen sized bed. This guest suite is similar to the primary in that it has a Intelligent TV and its own en-suite guest bathroom. This phenomenal guest bathroom contains a quartz top two sink vanity and its own bespoke-designed walk-in shower. The guest suite has a slider providing painless access to your private balcony!

Outside on your private oceanfront balcony you'll be able to appreciate sweeping vistas of the Atlantic Ocean! The beach is just down the elevator and straight out!

Hampton Place is a very well-kept condominium complex with marvelous amenities such as a lap pool, enormous common pool, spa and its very own gym! Being centrally located within Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort, you'll also savor simple access to the all three championship golf courses, pickleball and tennis facility as well as multiple different eateries and stores!
