There is a breakfast bar for two as well as a dining table that seats four. To the left, you will find an additional full bathroom with a walk in shower.

The villa has been newly refreshed with new vinyl plank floor, creating a bright and inviting coastal feel. The living room has been completely refreshed with all new furnishings as of 2026, including comfortable seating and chic coastal decor throughout. A mounted flat screen TV provides the ideal spot to relax after a day at the beach.

The primary bedroom features a king size bed and an en suite bathroom with a jetted tub and a walk in shower. A sliding door provides direct access to the balcony.

Just an elevator ride down, the beach is only steps away. Windsor Place is an oceanfront complex in Palmetto Dunes offering elegant vistas of the Atlantic Ocean. Conveniences include a enormous community swimming pool, Jacuzzi, zero entry kids’s pool, sundeck, and grilling area. A breathtaking boardwalk leads from the pool deck over the dunes to the beach. Guests are also close to everything Palmetto Dunes has to offer, including three championship golf courses, tennis, pickleball, and miles of bicycle paths.
