Completing the guest bedroom is an HDTV and its own en-suite guest bathroom. The guest bathroom has been completely redesigned with a amazing bespoke-tiled tub and shower combination.

Villamare has finished a multi-million-dollar pool remodel, creating a luxury beachfront experience with upgraded amenities. Highlights include a saltwater main pool and spa for families, a relaxing adults-only pool for guests 21+, and a year-round heated indoor pool and spa. Additional features include a modern exercise center, sauna, remodeled bathrooms, oceanview sun decks, gas grilling stations, and a comfortable fire pit. Guests also appreciate private beach access, covered and uncovered parking, and elevator access to all floors. What to expect during your stay:
Work Zones: The project will begin at Building Three and move to Building Two and then Building One. It will take place in sections or “stacks.” They are aiming for three stacks each week. Noise: Some noise from construction equipment/materials may be experienced during the day; however, the project team is working to minimize any inconvenience.
