You'll adore this two bedroom condominium located in Villamare within Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort! The kitchen is generously refreshed with stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. The kitchen will be entirely-outfitted to meet your cooking needs.

The dining area seats four, with additional dining for two at the kitchen island bar. The living room looks great with its beach modern furnishings, sizable Intelligent TV and slider access to the private balcony.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, wall-mounted HDTV and en-suite primary bathroom. The primary bathroom is delightful with its huge bespoke walk-in shower, two sink vanity and separate tub. On the other side of the condominium is the guest bedroom. The guest bedroom has been gorgeously designed as well and features one full bed and a set of full-size bunk beds as well. Completing the guest bedroom is an HDTV and its own en-suite guest bathroom. The guest bathroom has been completely redesigned with a amazing bespoke-tiled tub and shower combination.

Outside on your private balcony, savor a meal or a cup of coffee while taking in the serene courtyard vistas!
The Villamare complex features a gas grilling area, fire pit, a enormous outdoor family pool and handsome serenity pool (must be over 21). They will be heated from March 15th to April 30th and also from October 15th to November 30th. The outdoor spas are heated year round. In addition, the indoor pool and spa located in the exercise center are heated year round.

The beach is just down the elevator and a few min. walk out through the beach access!
