Located by the sea, this condo is in South Forest Beach, a neighborhood in Hilton Head Island. While the natural beauty of Coligny Beach and Tybee Island Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Palmetto Dunes Club.

Getting the most from your spending budget:

  • Summer is high season in Hilton Head. Reserve your rental property in Fall or Spring months to get the benefit of warm weather while saving money and avoiding crowds.
  • The sooner you can reserve a vacation rental, the easier your search will be. The best rental properties are booked early. Booking your rental six - twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental property.
  • Some owners offer discounts for veterans. Make sure to check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your family.
  • Property managers usually offer guests an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which usually will cost you 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for days missed as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance might be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for more information.
  • Look for your local Hilton Head visitors guide magazine upon checking in. If your rental home doesn't have one, you can find them at local shops and fuel stations. In addition to great local information, visitor guide magazines contain money saving offers on local accommodations, tours and attractions.

  • First, have your group agree to date ranges and a budget.

  • Specific descriptions of bedrooms and bed types is regularly accessible online. Otherwise, contact the property manager before you reserve your home. Note that most properties list maximum guest capacity, which oftentimes includes pull-out couches and bunk beds.

  • Lock your rental property while you're away! Don't let burglars ruin your trip.
  • Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, walk through the property to confirm you've collected all of your things. Make sure to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
  • After your trip, leave feedback! Hosts rely on good ratings to compel more reservations. They'll be thankful for your review.
